  1. 1. How do I file a return request? You can file a return request from your tatlub.com account. Use the following steps:

    Sign In -> My Account -> Order History -> Request Return.

    • You can place a Return request within 7 days of order delivery. However, in case of Damaged/Missing Product, the Return request should be filed within 1 day of delivery.
    • Return request will be reviewed by tatlub.com as per the return policy.
    • If required, request will be shared with the vendor for his/her approval.
    • After approval, pickup of the product will be arranged.
    • After the product is received, it is verified against your claim and accordingly, Replacement or Refund is initiated. Please note that Replacement would depend upon the stock availability with the respective merchant.
  2. 2. Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product? Returns/Replacement are accepted under the following cases -

    • Wrong Product – Wrong color/ size/ style,
    • Wrong item ordered/ delivered
    • Unsatisfactory Product – Inauthentic/ Low Quality/ Expired
    • Defective Product - Manufacturing defect/ Non-functioning (Not applicable, if the product is under Manufacturer’s Warranty)
    • Wrong Quantity – Missing Products/ Parts
    • No Invoice/Warranty Received – Available on Electronics only
  3. Under what conditions returns/ replacement request will not be accepted? Returns/ Replacement requests will not accepted under following cases –

    • If Products are Altered/ Used
    • If Product is Returned without Original Packaging (price tags, labels & accessories)
    • If Serial Number is tampered
    • For Defective product that is covered under Seller/Manufacturer's Warranty or Reported after 10 days of the Delivery
    • For Damaged/Missing product that is reported after 2 days of the delivery
    • For Products sold under specific promotions, details of which would be mentioned in the Product page and Terms & Conditions page
  4. Which categories are not eligible for returns/ replacement? Categories that not eligible for Returns/ Replacement are:

    • Healthcare Products
    • Customized Products
    • Undergarments, Lingerie, Swimsuits, Underarm pads, Socks, etc.
    • Perishables including Flowers, Edibles, etc.
    • E-learning & Music CDs/ DVDs
  5. What is the best time to place Return/ Replacement request? Return/Replace request of the Product(s) should be initiated within 10 days of Order Delivery for Wrong/ Unsatisfactory product or in case of non-receipt of Invoice & Warranty (for Electronics only). However, under the following conditions, Return Request should be filed within 2 days of Delivery:

    • Damaged Product
    • Empty Parcel
    • Missing Item

  6. How much time does it take to replace an order?

    • We initiate the replacement or refund within 2 working days of receiving the product at our center.
    • The replacement may get delayed or declined if the product received by us is not as per your claim or in case of missing Order ID on the package.
  7. It’s been 3 to 7 days, I haven’t received my order yet!

    • 3 to 7 business days is the usual timeframe for receiving an item bought on tatlub.com unfortunately however, delays might occur for a variety of reasons, and for that we apologize. Reasons for this could include, but are not limited to; the vendor might not be ready to deliver the item from their side, there could be unprecedented volumes in delivery or other unforeseen delivery schedule issues, and even at times delays from the buyer side such as missed communication to confirm purchase or to schedule a delivery time among other things.
  8. What if my item gets lost?

    • Don’t worry. An item is only considered delivered when we have your signature on the delivery note and the item is in your hands. . For whatever the reason, if an item does get lost you will receive a full refund of your money if you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit Card, other payment cards) and in the event that you chose Cash on Delivery (COD) then you are not liable to make a payment or penalized for a non-delivered item
  9. What warranty/ guarantee is offered on items sold on tatlub.com

    • There are different types of Warranty and Product Guarantees on offer. Please read the offer note against each item listed carefully to understand the individual vendor’s policies and procedures.
  10. Can I edit my account details and change my password, address, and name?

    • Yes you can. Log-in to your account and you can do most edits yourself except for your Email ID which requires you to contact the Customer Service Team.
  11. I can’t remember my accounts password, what should I do?

    • Don’t worry, you can reset your password by clicking on “Forgot password” on tatlub.com login page and enter the registered email address. User will receive an email instruction for resetting the password.
  12. Can I speak directly to the vendor?

    • It is safe that all the concerns and query go through our Customer Services Team through the Contact Us page which will be then directed to the vendor.
